A unique Ferris wheel on the roof

The project includes the construction of a giant Ferris wheel on the roof of the building, the cabins of which will rise to a height of 140 meters. This architectural masterpiece will provide visitors with the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the sea, creating an unforgettable experience.

A variety of roof areas

The roof of the building will become a multifunctional space. There will be dining areas, control centers, elevators, stairs, cabin entrances and a unique rooftop garden for events. This place will expand the range of opportunities for recreation and entertainment.

Multifunctional floors

The ground floor of Hyperion Limassol will include shops, an 835 m2 digital aquarium and convenient infrastructure for visitors. On the second floor there will be areas for children's recreation, sanitary facilities, offices and passageways.

Managed environmental impacts

The project provides for an increase in the number of visitors and noise levels in the old port area, but these changes are recognized as manageable. It is also planned to rationalize the use of water, electricity and waste disposal thanks to the existing infrastructure.

Lease and development of the territory

The company intends to lease a site from the Cyprus Ports Authority for the construction of this unique tourist facility. The project will be implemented on the embankment of the south side of the old port within the administrative boundaries of the Limassol Municipality.

Impact on the region

Upon completion, Hyperion Limassol will become a new landmark comparable to the legendary "London Eye". The facility will ensure the creation of new jobs, increase the tourist flow and become an important incentive for the economic growth of the region, improving its socio-economic profile.
